The Slovak National Museum – Betliar Museum invites all visitors to a unique summer program.
Throughout the summer, guided tours of the historic park at Betliar Castle will take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 1:00 p.m.
Tento park s rozlohou 57 ha je najväčším historickým prírodno-krajinárskym parkom na Slovensku. Od roku 1978 je betliarsky park zaradený do zoznamu umelecky a kultúrne hodnotných parkov sveta, ktoré eviduje UNESCO.
This special tour offers a glimpse into the history of one of the most beautiful historic parks in Slovakia, which is part of a national cultural monument. Visitors will learn interesting facts about its origins, development, and architectural features, as well as about the flora and exceptional trees found within it.
The guided tour lasts approximately 60 minutes and begins at the main entrance to the manor house.
