The Betliar Museum is open for you From October 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026, Tuesday through Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Last admission is at 3:30 p.m.
The Betliar Museum is closed on Mondays.

When visiting the Betliar Museum, be sure to check out the ENGLISH LANDSCAPE PARK, which is part of the grounds. It covers an area of 57 hectares and has a rich history.
In addition to rare tree species, the park grounds also feature an artificial water system and park landscaping.

How do you get here?
All of the SNM – Betliar Museum’s exhibitions are located in the Rožňava District in the Košice Self-Governing Region.
Betliar Manor House, along with the SNM-Betliar Museum, is located in the village of Betliar on the Rožňava–Dobšiná route (Class 2 Road No. 67). From the bus stop in the village of Betliar, head northeast along the Krivý Stream; it takes 15–20 minutes on foot to reach the Betliar Manor complex. In front of the manor, there is a paid parking lot for cars, buses, and bicycles, managed by the village of Betliar.
Krásna Hôrka Castle is located in the village of Krásnohorské Podhradie, eight kilometers from Rožňava on the road between Rožňava and Košice (E58, E571). Due to its location on a hill above the village, the castle is highly visible. From the bus stop in the village of Krásnohorské Podhradie, you can reach the castle on foot in 30–40 minutes. The castle is located northeast of the main road (3rd-class road 549). Directly below the castle is a large municipal parking lot (subject to a fee) for buses, cars, and bicycles.
The Andrássy Family Mausoleum in Krásnohorské Podhradie is located directly off the main road (E58, E571) on the Rožňava–Košice route, on the northeastern side within the municipal boundaries of Krásnohorské Podhradie. Opposite the mausoleum is the Guard House, which has a small temporary parking lot.

In the villages of Betliar and Krásnohorské Podhradie, visitors can stay at several private guesthouses or in private accommodations and take advantage of the services offered by nearby dining establishments (restaurants, guesthouses) and snack stands.
